Since Lebanon regained his pioneer role in the Middle East region as “the bank”, “the university” and “the hospital”, the Lebanese government has issued legislations to boost the real estate sector, through cutting back on the registration fees for non-Lebanese, and increasing the total exploitation coefficient (T.E.C) for the construction of tourism projects. Added to that, financial assistance (support) has been granted to real estate promoters.
